This established, prestigious Hertfordshire based Consultancy requires a Structural (Conservation) design Engineer to join the well-established and expanding Heritage team.
Candidates will ideally have a minimum of 2 years Structural Consultancy experience and have gained good design skills during this time. A strong theoretical and practical background in all structural materials on a variety of existing and new build projects in the heritage sector, including refurbishment, conservation, and adaptive re-use, is essential.A full training programme is provided at the practice to help achieve chartership and CARE accreditation.
A demonstrable passion for the sector will be of great interest, previous experience of heritage projects is not essential, but a passion for the sector is.
Current projects include new-build, refurbishment, and conservation engineering with project values up to £50 million across London and the South East, working alongside talented individuals within the team and external consultants. This is an industry recognised leading team in the sector, joining them will be a major boost for any engineer’s career
