Personal Assistant
Reporting to: The Employer
Location: Wolverhampton WV3
Job purpose:To assist with a variety of tasks which will enable the person who needs care and support to live their personal and social life according to their wishes and interests.
About the employer:Our client is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to join the wonderful team that provide care for their 10-year-old Daughter who has cerebral palsy in the WV3 area of Wolverhampton.
Main duties: Social duties
- Keep in touch and socialise with family and friends.
- Attend medical appointments if required.
- Do hobbies such as sensory activities.
- Support on fun days out and opportunity to support on UK and international holidays.
Personal care: Support with all aspects of personal care, Preparing and administering PEG feeding, Preparing, and administering medication, performing exercises/physiotherapy.
These duties may vary from day-to-day.

- Specific requirements: someone with previous care & support experience working with children. Weekend availability is a must. Must be flexible. Willingness to Learn.
Up to 22 hours per week in non-term time.
Rate of pay: £12.30 per hour & £125 per night

Successful applicants will require DBS checks & Employment References.
This role is funded by the Local Authority and is paid 4 weekly.
