Senior Employee Relations Advisor x2 - NHS Trust | £30/hour (Inside IR35)
Location: South London (4 days on-site)Contract: 3 months/ Inside IR35
Rate: £26.00 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
We're recruiting for two Senior Employee Relations Advisors to join a busy NHS organisation. These roles sit within a fast-paced HR function supporting complex and high-volume ER casework across a large workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a varied caseload including disciplinary, grievance, and sickness absence cases
- Provide expert advice to managers in line with NHS policies and procedures
- Ensure consistent application of employment law and local HR frameworks
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to support resolution of cases within set timelines
- Maintain accurate documentation and case records
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong NHS employee relations experience
- Confident handling high caseloads in large, complex organisations
- Able to provide evidence of previous headcount and case volume managed
- Available to be on-site 4 days per week (South London)
