Tasks
- Manage the P&L of paid social acquisition and CRM channels, ensuring daily achievement of revenue, ROI, gross margin, and other business KPIs.
- Develop short and long-term expansion strategies for campaigns, executing day-to-day tactics to drive traffic, revenue, and margin growth.
- Continuously refine campaigns to enhance return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROAS) through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads Manager. Provide actionable insights to improve performance and meet business KPIs.
- Design and execute A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to identify performance improvements.
- Develop and implement targeting strategies, including retargeting, lookalike audiences, and demographic-specific campaigns to capture customers at different buying stages.
- Improve organic search visibility and manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase site traffic and conversions.
- Collaborate with the eCommerce team to optimize the customer journey, enhance the user experience, and improve conversion rates through landing page and customer flow analysis.
- Lead the global email marketing program, including marketing, transactional, and lifecycle emails to support customer growth and retention across eCommerce channels.
- Oversee day-to-day activities across social and search platforms, including campaign planning, implementation, performance monitoring, and conversion optimization.
- Conduct quarterly and monthly forecasting, performance projections, and manage media budgeting to ensure financial targets are met.
- Develop and maintain detailed campaign reports and performance dashboards to track KPIs and identify optimization opportunities.
- Review and optimize account structures, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, creative assets, and landing page experiences to maximize conversion and performance.
- Work closely with internal marketing and brand team members to share data insights, learnings, and critical business performance observations.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the beauty or eCommerce sectors.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Analytics, and other marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.
- Experience managing CRM and email marketing programs.
- Expertise in A/B testing, audience targeting, and CRO techniques.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
