Main duties of the job
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Welcoming and directing patients, visitors and staff visiting the ward
Answering and directing phone calls and enquiries
Clerical duties relating to documentation for patients including their admission paperwork, clinical notes, etc
Undertake filing, and any other duties of a clerical nature which may be delegated from time to time
Using the electronic patient record system (Currently Lorenzo)Maintain patients confidentiality and Information Governance
Be a productive member of the multi-disciplinary team
