Hey you — yes, you, the one who lights up a room (and a classroom!) with your passion for early years education. We're on the hunt for a Nursery Manager who’s ready to lead, inspire, and sprinkle a little magic into every day.

At Busy Bees Ashton House, nestled in the stunning grounds of Ashton Park, we’re all about playful learning, curious minds, and joyful moments. Why You’ll Love It Here
  • Be part of the UK’s leading nursery group, with nearly 400 buzzing hives (aka nurseries!) across the country and beyond.
  • Help shape futures with our inspiring Bee Curious curriculum.
  • Feel valued, supported, and genuinely celebrated — not just on your birthday (which, by the way, you get OFF!).
What’s in It for You?
  • Up to 25% annual salary bonus
  • Your birthday off (because cake is important)
  • 33 days holiday (including bank hols!)
  • Significant childcare discount
  • Career development and promotion opportunities
  • Retail discounts, health support, mental wellbeing resources, and so much more via our Hive platform
  • Plus: family-friendly leave, salary finance options, private medical insurance discounts, AND a chance to travel and learn from nurseries across the globe

About YOU

You're passionate, ambitious, and ready to bring your A-game every day. You’ve got: ✔ A Level 3 qualification in early years

✔ Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager experience
✔ A love of EYFS and child-led learning
✔ Leadership skills that empower teams and energize children

✔ A sprinkle of creativity and a lot of heart

Bonus: You’re not afraid to get a little messy with paints, puddles, or glitter!
