Management Accountant

Your new company

We're delighted to be partnered with a successful, longstanding employer in the Spalding area who operate with a group structure and have an international presence. They are looking to appoint a Management Accountant to their established finance team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your new role

The core of your role will be focused around management accounts duties, so you can expect to be covering things like cashflow analysis, budgeting and forecasting, as well as analysing margins and stock. Despite the main focus being management accounting, the role is still rounded and will include things like VAT reporting, statutory submissions and supporting on the annual audit.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will need to have prior management accounting experience within a fast-paced organisation. The ideal candidate for this role will have completed, or be close to completing their chartered accounting studies, however, if you are qualified by experience or at the earlier stages of your studies, but have the required management accounting experience, you will still be considered.

What you'll get in return

In return, a good package is on offer which includes:

• £40,000 - £55,000 salary (Depending on qualification and experience)
• c. 10% annual bonus
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Hybrid working - 3 days office, 2 days home
• 5% employer, 6% employee pension

• Succession plan to Financial Controller in the future
