Part Time Management Accountant

Our client, a thriving business in Oakham, is looking for an experienced Part Time Management Accountant to join their business.

Hours are between 24 - 32 across 4 or 5 days.

You will be responsible for all aspects of accounting for a small subsidiary and duties will include:

• Compiling monthly management accounts and all supporting documentation.
• Regular reporting to senior management, provisions and journals.
• Responsible for bank reconciliations, cash flow management, VAT returns, Intrastat and Office of National Statistic updates.
• Maintain the asset register and lease contracts.
• Manage the renewal of insurance policies, ensuring comprehensive business cover and competitive pricing.
• Ongoing analysis of financial records, process improvements and implementation of adequate financial controls in line with Audit requirements.
• Support the Senior Management Team in forecasting and budgeting product costs and sales margin in ongoing and periodic business plans.

Qualified, part qualified and QBE will be considered as relevant experience is key. You will be motivated, have excellent technical accounting skills, analysis and reporting and ensure that KPI’s are met.
