Your new role- As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries and providing exceptional service.
- Your responsibilities will include managing tenant accounts, processing maintenance queries, and resolving any issues that arise.
- You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all customer interactions are logged and followed up appropriately.
- This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
- Any other reasonable task requested by the directors would also be included.
- To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a customer service or administrative position.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- You should be highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service will set you apart.
- You must be comfortable working within a small team and confident to engage with office and external staff to build strong relationships.
- This role requires a lot of data entry tasks; therefore, you should have good attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment, including additional IT skills (including Microsoft, such as Word and Excel).
- It is imperative that you have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Based in Warrington, temporarily with an opportunity for full-time employment after a short probationary period, Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:00.
- Competitive salary between £25,000-£25,500 depending on experience.
