IT Solutions Analyst

This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week.
Day to day duties
Provide 2nd and 3rd line IT Support to both remote and face to face when needed across all sites.
Service account creation and management within Active Directory
Updating and management of end user device assets and rollout of hardware replacements
Delivery of IT end user innovation projects, enhance existing systems, and implement new systems.
Required skills and qualifications
Appropriate level 3 and above technical qualifications.
5 years’ experience of providing excellent customer service and IT second support within a technical IT related role.
Experience of administering Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin Centre.
Experience managing teams Telephony system and SBC’s.
Experience managing OS and software deploymentenvironments, ideally SCCM or Intune.
