My client is a regional contractor that has been delivering refurbishment's across the northwest for the last 28 years. Working within the public sector on projects in healthcare, education and Leisure. They have excellent relationships with clients within their sectors that results in a lot of repeat business clients.
They require a Site Manager to join the business, who can assist in excellent project delivery. The site manager will have a background in refurbishment's. With a proven track record of successfully delivering of projects from inception through to the final hand over stages.
Project values range from £250k up to around £5million. You will have the ability to lead and drive a project forward, with ideally some experience working for the NHS.
The projects they deliver affect the communities around them, so it is upmost importance of high-quality delivery. The want to speak with Site Managers that have a pride in the projects they deliver, with the capabilities to discuss and communicate well with clients throughout the project.
As business they have experienced profit growth over the last 12 months putting them in a safe and secure position.
They want to speak with Site Managers that have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the industry. Having worked in similar refurbishment markets with another reputable regional contractor. As a site manager it is imperative all projects have the highest health and safety standards.
To apply you must have;SMSTS, CSCS First Aid & Asbestos awareness certificate.
They can offer Site Managers job security, with an order book full for 2025. As a business they retain their staff well, most of the team having been with the business for over 10 years.
