Job Title: Office Administrator (Part-Time)Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (approx. until September 2025)
Hours: 26 hours per week
Salary: £30,000 pro-rata
About the Role:We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join one of our clients on a fixed-term contract. This role plays a vital part in supporting the day-to-day running of the business, including administration, operations, and HR support.
You will work closely with the General Manager and office team to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office team, stepping in during busy periods, deadlines, or staff absences.
- Assist the General Manager with administrative tasks as needed.
- Liaise with clients to discuss requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Line manage office staff, overseeing Personal Development Plans, annual leave, and overtime approvals.
- Handle enquiries (via phone and email) and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with invoicing, including liaising with clients on any payment queries.
- Work with external social media teams to ensure content aligns with ongoing company projects.
- Maintain the office environment, ensuring tidiness and adequate supplies.
- Attend weekly manager meetings, raising any concerns or issues.
- Be on-call for one week every five weeks, covering out-of-hours periods from Monday to Sunday.
Hours of Work:
- Tuesday: 09:00 - 15:00
- Wednesday: 09:00 - 17:00
- Thursday: 09:00 - 15:00
- Friday: 09:00 - 17:00

- A highly organised individual with a strong administrative background.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage client relationships.
- Experience in managing teams and conducting performance reviews.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to handle out-of-hours calls and manage on-call duties.
- Prior experience in HR, operations, or a similar role is desirable.
This position is available for an immediate start, with an expected end date of September 2025. For the right candidate, there is potential to transition into a permanent administration role within the team upon completion of the contract.
