Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team. This role is 90% audio typing, supporting our solicitors with efficient and accurate transcription of legal documents. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in conveyancing and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Audio typing of legal documents, correspondence, and reports with high accuracy and speed
- Supporting solicitors with administrative tasks and document management
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Liaising with clients and third parties professionally
- Filing, photocopying, and general office duties as required
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within a conveyancing department
- Fast and accurate audio typing skills (90% of the role)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- Professional, discreet, and reliable
