Location: Putney, LondonSalary: Up to £34,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

They are seeking a proactive and experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their friendly and professional team. You will be supporting 2 to 3 solicitors in their busy conveyancing department, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of client matters from instruction to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing full secretarial support to conveyancing solicitors
- Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence
- Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and handling telephone enquiries
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors
- Opening, maintaining, and closing client files
- Performing Land Registry and other online searches
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and firm procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a legal secretary in a conveyancing department is essential
- Excellent typing and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional and friendly manner with excellent communication skills
- Competitive salary up to £34,000 (depending on experience)
