*MOTORTRADE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED*

Hours of work: 37.5 hours, Mon - Fri. NO WEEKENDS. Between 8 -5 so could either be 8-4 or 9 - 5.

Are you experience within the customer service advisor looking to transfer your skills across to a family owned business who look after their staff and based in the Nottingham area?

This is a company that primarily provide an automotive virtual diagnostic & programming service to a customer base that stretches throughout Europe.

Customer Service Advisor Summary:

• Act as primary contact for customers by handling incoming product & service requests
• Complete enquiries at the point of sale where possible, accurately, and efficiently
• Provide excellent service to the satisfaction of all customers
• Use problem solving skills to resolve customer issues

Customer Service Advisor Detail:

• Become fully conversant with all functions of the bespoke IT platform
• Comply with all relevant internal processes & procedures
• Ensure optimum levels of productivity are always being met
• Confident telephone manner & all-round communication skills
• Flexibility within the various roles within the team
• Maximise all commercial opportunities for the business
• Actively promote best practice and innovative solutions to the business
• Ensure pro-active communication to all areas within the group
• Undertake self-development and training to enhance skills to ensure achievement of both personal and business goals
• Ensure the highest quality of work in accordance with company and customer standards
• Ability to work under own initiative and within a team
• Hands-on processing of customer orders
• Consistently apply and demonstrate vehicle manufacturer & model knowledge
• Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Freshdesk is preferred, but not essential. Full training will be provided
