They are now looking for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to join them on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As a Receptionist / Office Administrator, you will ensure the smooth running of our client’s daily operations by assisting with a range of administrative tasks.
In this essential role, you will manage sign-in sheets, update tenant details, maintaining their files digitally and physically, and handle mainline calls to address any queries.
You will also update Salesforce leads and contacts, track repairs, and co-ordinate appointments seamlessly through Team Up.
Additionally, you will:
- Send service charge reminders to tenants via text message
- Collect and distribute post
- Check and verify deliveries
- Carry out support work with tenants
About You
To be considered as a Receptionist / Office Administrator, you will need:
- Previous administrative experience
- Competency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to plan, use initiative, and prioritise your workload
- GCSE-level education or equivalent
