They are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineers at Senior and Principal Level to join their dynamic team based in Norwich The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing analysing and overseeing the construction of various structures ensuring they are safe sustainable and built to the highest standards This role requires a strong foundation in engineering principles as well as proficiency in relevant software tools

- Chartered Engineer or Demonstrate progression towards Chartered Engineer status and be a member of the Institution of Structural Engineers
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously including budgeting scheduling and resource allocation
- Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor engineering teams ensuring high-quality work and professional development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients team members and stakeholders
- Advanced problem-solving skills to address complex engineering challenges and develop innovative solutions
