Summary
A successful multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy is looking for a experienced and motivated Civil Structural Engineering professional to join their team
Based in their Ipswich or Norwich office with plenty of opportunity for hybrid working this role is ideal for individuals with a background in an engineering consultancy environment who are ready to take on their next challenge
Working on predominantly rail civils and to a smaller degree civils structures projects For example platforms canopies bridges buildings retaining walls

Key Responsibilities- Manage projects from initial concept through to the construction phase
- Perform and oversee design work related to highways rail and private sector projects
- Attend client and site meetings as needed
- Conduct surveys and site inspections
- Assist with staff training and mentor trainees and graduates
- Experience in structural engineering in a relevant industry Ie Rail Civils Highways Structures Marine
- UK based experience
- Civil Structural Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow and interpret instructions clearly
- Track record of delivering projects through all design stages and construction
- Full driving license
- Professionally qualified with the ICE or IStructE
- UK experience on similar projects
- Has experience of acting as CRE
