Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer (no DBS) to join our dynamic team at Grade 4 level. This essential role will support our administrative functions and ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a keen eye for detail.
As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for managing the daily administrative tasks that are crucial for the success of our organization. You will work closely with various departments, providing them with the necessary support to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
The role involves dealing with a range of administrative duties including document management, scheduling meetings, and assisting with the onboarding of new staff. As you engage with both internal and external stakeholders, your ability to interface effectively will be critical.

Furthermore, your adeptness at using office software programs will be instrumental in producing reports and maintaining records. Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications efficiently.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
Maintain accurate filing systems and databases for easy access to documents.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including training coordination.
Handle inventory for office supplies and make procurement as needed.

Provide general administrative support to team members as required.

Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Hours Per Week: 37.00

Pay Per Hour: £11.59
