Social Media and Content Manager
About the Opportunity:
We are thrilled to be partnering with an ambitious wellness start-up preparing to launch a ground-breaking product in 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to join our passionate team as a Social Media & Content Manager part time initially, working to drive engagement and shape our brand presence across key platforms.
In this role, you will have the chance to bring creative ideas to life, stay ahead of social media trends, and play a pivotal part in establishing our voice within the wellness space. Working closely with the leadership and marketing teams, you’ll help deliver on the brand’s mission to empower individuals with weight management solutions that fit their busy lives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage our social media strategy and content calendar.
- Create and edit on-brand short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikToks).
- Engage with our community and monitor platform performance (engagement, reach, growth).
- Collaborate with leadership, influencers, and creators on impactful campaigns.
- Deliver regular performance reports and actionable insights.
- Manage daily social media activities
Requirements
The succesful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- 2+ years’ experience managing social media and creating content, ideally for startups or DTC brands.
- Experience in a similar social media role in-house or at a social media agency
- Expert understanding of major social media platforms (especially Tiktok & Instagram), algorithms, content formats, and audience engagement techniques
- Skilled in video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva) and social media tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics).
- Creative, camera-friendly, and passionate about health and wellness.
- Self-motivated, proactive, with a keen eye for creativity and aesthetics
- Analytical mindset with a proven track record of driving engagement.
Benefits
In return we are offering:
- Salary between £27,000 and £30,000 (pro-rata) depending on experience working 9 am - 5 pm three days a week, with at least two days in the office
- 25 days annual leave (pro-rata)
