We're looking for an inspirational Assistant General Manager to join our team at Starbucks. You'll have the opportunity to make a difference every day, as you support your manager and team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
As Assistant General Manager you’ll:
- Coffee making experience is essential
- Starbucks experience is preferred
- Be passionate and dedicated and a strong support to the General Manager.
- Have the highest standards of brand quality and safety for our customers and team.
- Be an inspiration to the team to deliver outstanding customer service and loyalty.
- Mentor and train the team to grow and excel.
- Have proven experience and confidence in leading a team.
- Set an example of excellent service skills.
- Communicate effectively and clearly.
- Be adaptable and resilient in any situation.
