Security Officer
We are seeking enthusiastic an experienced Security Officer to work as part of our Estates, Health and Safety Team.
What we are looking for: Comfortable working alone and using your initiative with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
Understanding and awareness of current security environmentsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build appropriate and professional relationships
Duties/responsibilities: Contribute to providing a safe and secure environment for our students, staff and visitors.
Quickly Assess situations and take appropriate actionsProvision of reception service at the Old Reception
Carrying out regular internal and external patrols
Carrying out investigations, or searches, as directed by the College management
A flexible approach to working hours is required. Your regular working days will be Monday to Friday, however a flexible approach to working occasional weekends in required (a weekday off would be swapped for working a Saturday in this instance).
