Job Description
Customer Services Agent (B2B), Marlow:
- Handle inbound and outbound communications with business clients.
- Work on SAP system with additional use of Excel (ideally VLookUps)
- All areas of a busy customer service role including processing orders, liaising with warehouse and 3PL
- Resolve client queries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide product and service information to clients.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in the development of client support materials.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service team.
The Successful Applicant
Customer Services Agent (B2B), Marlow:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- High level of organisational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Available for a mainly office based role at an office in Marlow.
