Corporate Finance Associate Director

We are currently recruiting for a highly regarded Independent Corporate Finance Boutique who are looking to add an ambitious Associate Director to their team.

Working closely with the senior team you will be responsible for the day to day lead on a variety of Mid-Market deals, across sectors, typically in the £5-100m deal range.

You will also be actively involved in origination as you become a key part of the business.

The successful candidate is likely to be ACA / ACCA qualified with c6-8 years relevant lead advisory Mid-Market M&A experience, particularly sales side, and have first class communication and client handling skills.

Often working with entrepreneurs and their businesses you will have the ability to discuss commercial and strategic issues as well as manage the full deal process.
