We’re looking for a Male Support Worker who is energetic, caring, and committed to making a real impact in the lives of adults with autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs. From one-to-one support to day trips and fun activities, no two days are ever the same!
💬 What does the role involve?- Supporting individuals to build life skills and confidence
- Creating fun, social, and meaningful experiences
- Assisting with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and personal care
- Accompanying people to appointments and outings
- Being a friendly face and a positive presence in someone’s life
- Keeping records up to date and reporting any safeguarding concerns
- Previous experience supporting individuals with autism (especially non-verbal), OCD, ADHD, and personality disorders
- A positive, outgoing, and patient nature
- The ability to set healthy boundaries and build trust
- Passion for helping people achieve independence
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle 🚘
