We’re looking for a Male Support Worker who is energetic, caring, and committed to making a real impact in the lives of adults with autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs. From one-to-one support to day trips and fun activities, no two days are ever the same!

  • Previous experience supporting individuals with autism (especially non-verbal), OCD, ADHD, and personality disorders
  • A positive, outgoing, and patient nature
  • The ability to set healthy boundaries and build trust
  • Passion for helping people achieve independence
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle 🚘
