Role overview

An exciting developer in the Build to Rent space need a dynamic and organised office manager on a part-time basis, to assist ad-hoc but mainly 2 days per week in running the office.

This includes everything from ensuring there is milk in the fridge and paper for the printer, to coordination with events and any internal communications.

This person will be able to work remotely and flexibly, ideally with one day in the office in Mayfair.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain office supplies, coordinating with vendors.
  • Oversee office upkeep, cleaning, and general facilities management
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and liaise with accountants >> bonus if you have raised invoices before!
  • Assist with IT setup for new employees and liaise with tech support
  • Organise team events and travel arrangements
  • Manage filing systems and ensure health & safety compliance

Ideal Candidate:

  • Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
  • Comfortable handling invoices and basic bookkeeping
  • Tech-savvy (Excel, Monday.com a plus)
  • A team player who enjoys a social and team-orientated environment
