The Cotswold Home, currently rated overall Outstanding seeks to recruit to the following role: Clinical Care Manager (Deputy Home Manager) – Full-time 40 hours per week

£53,309 plus excellent benefits (including training and career development opportunities, staff welfare and support and heritage working environment)

As the Clinical Lead for the home, you will ensure that our team of Registered Nurses and Care Assistants continue to deliver the exceptional care that we are renowned for. This is a great opportunity to step into a role that allows you to use your clinical and managerial skills in a supportive and well-resourced environment.

Please note you must be a Registered Nurse to apply for this role, An RGN with an empathy for older people, you will be someone who wants a role with real responsibility with a quality care home company and can engage, motive and lead your team to meet the high standards expected.
