JC-5700; SC-cleared Business Architect - Public Sector

• Do you have experience of providing Business Architecture expertise, on a complex strategic project?

This consulting opportunity is to support our client (a leading consulting company), on a major government programme.

The project needs a consultant who:

• has extensive Business Architecture experience
• has a track record of turning strategy into business design
• is a self-starting individual with strong design and analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communications.

Previous top tier consulting experience and/or public sector experience is highly advantageous.

We require consultants who have existing valid SC Clearance or SC Clearance lapsed.

• The key services that you'll be asked to provide are:
• Develop business architecture views and models integrating into the strategic architecture eg process, capability, data.
• Support development of target state.
• Develop views to express the alignment and user journey across different projects and products under development.
• Determining the appropriate analysis approach.
• Engaging with senior stakeholders in multiple business areas to scope business needs.
• Acting as a conduit between key business stakeholders.

• Successful consultants will be able to demonstrate the following:
• 10+ years Business Architecture experience with a proven track record of delivery within large, structured programme environments
• Security Clearance (lapsed clearance considered)
• Strong Stakeholder Management skills

• It will also be advantageous if you:
• - Previous experience working for Government
• Formal enterprise architectural training / experience preferred eg TOGAF or equivalent.
