Job Description

Administrator - Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks, supporting the production of regulated reports using various data sources.
  • Accurately input and manage data, ensuring attention to detail at all times.
  • Assist the team by providing technical advice and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Maintain communication with both internal colleagues and external partners.
  • Manage your workload effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

The Successful Applicant

Key Competencies:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.

  • Flexible, remote working arrangement if you're based in Bradford, UK.
