Deputy Service Manager – Neurological Care & Rehabilitation

Salary: From £30,000 | Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) | Specialist Residential & Rehabilitation Service

Our client, a specialist provider of neurological care, is seeking a compassionate and driven Deputy Service Manager to support the effective running of their residential and rehabilitation service. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, ensuring that individuals receive the highest quality care and support to maximise their potential.

As Deputy Service Manager, you will be a key member of the management team, helping to coordinate services, support a multidisciplinary workforce, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will lead by example, fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and excellence.

What We’re Looking For
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care or above.
  • Experience within a similar level role
  • Strong understanding of quality standards and CQC regulations within a neurological care setting.
  • Experience managing and mentoring staff, with the ability to provide guidance and support.
  • A person-centred approach, with a commitment to promoting independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Coordination – Support the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
  • Quality Assurance – Uphold high standards of care, ensuring all support is person-centred and tailored to individual needs.
  • Regulatory Compliance – Ensure adherence to Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and industry best practices.
  • Team Leadership – Supervise, guide, and mentor staff, delivering formal supervisions and appraisals to support professional development and morale.
