Salary: From £30,000 | Full-Time (37.5 hours per week) | Specialist Residential & Rehabilitation Service
Our client, a specialist provider of neurological care, is seeking a compassionate and driven Deputy Service Manager to support the effective running of their residential and rehabilitation service. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, ensuring that individuals receive the highest quality care and support to maximise their potential.
As Deputy Service Manager, you will be a key member of the management team, helping to coordinate services, support a multidisciplinary workforce, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will lead by example, fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and excellence.
What We’re Looking For- Level 3 in Health & Social Care or above.
- Experience within a similar level role
- Strong understanding of quality standards and CQC regulations within a neurological care setting.
- Experience managing and mentoring staff, with the ability to provide guidance and support.
- A person-centred approach, with a commitment to promoting independence and dignity.
