The company

Our client is a well-established and growing company who is dedicated to providing exceptional client services. The Client Services team work collaboratively to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role combines working alongside the business' growing client based as well as managing a team of Client Service Coordinators.

Duties
  • Manage high-value client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
  • Oversee client communications and maintain high service standards.
  • Optimise service delivery processes to meet client expectations and SLAs.
  • Lead and develop a team of Client Services Coordinators.
  • Provide training and mentoring to enhance team performance.
  • Set and track team objectives to ensure targets are met.
  • Conduct monthly one-to-one meetings for performance support.
  • Facilitate return-to-work meetings for team members.
  • Coordinate client site visits and ensure seamless logistics.
  • Resolve scheduling and resource challenges.
  • Monitor KPIs to assess performance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategies for client satisfaction and business growth.
  • Analyse client feedback and market trends for service improvements.
  • Support revenue and profitability goals through upselling and client retention.
  • Actively engage in daily operations and lead by example.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.
