The role is a combination of service management and direct, hands-on service delivery. The successful candidate will have good people management skills and the ability to lead a team. The ability to prioritise tasks, communicate well and deliver great service is essential.The role will be a primary contact for all stakeholders and so the successful candidate will have the ability to use their initiative to resolve a wide variety of premises issues, in a safe and cost-effective manner.A flexible approach and positive attitude towards work is essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the Site Supervision Service across multiple sites
- Line management of the Site Services Coordinators
- Oversee security procedures and emergency responses
- Monitor maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure high standards are maintained
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for various projects
- Implement Health and Safety policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure value for money in all activities
What you'll need to succeed
Essential:
- Demonstratable experience within a facilities management capacity
- IOSH/NEBOSH capacity
- UK driving licence
- People management experience
- Knowledge of H&S and compliance
- £31-35k salary
