(Senior) Financial Controller UK

Your Responsibilities
  • Preparation of timely and accurate monthly, (quarterly) and annual financial reports according to IFRS and management reports.
  • Providing ad-hoc analysis to finance stakeholders within the group .
  • Supporting on developing the controlling & internal reporting systems landscape.
  • Evaluating internal financial processes and internal control systems.
  • supporting on the development of finance business partnering, in particular on People Operations, Marketing & IT.
  • Coordination of capitalization projects for internally developed IT products.
  • Support auditors in conducting internal and external audits.
Your Profile
  • A completed Business, finance or accounting degree.
  • 4+ years experience in roles like financial controller or managerial accounting.
  • Deep understanding of UK GAAP accounting standards and IFRS (preferable but not a must).
  • IT affinity and very good knowledge of MS Office, GSuite and ERP systems (ideally Oracle Netsuite).
  • Analytical thinking skills (number crunching) and a structured, independent way of working.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex contexts in a clear and easily understandable way.
  • very good financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment where a high level of accuracy and problem solving skills matter.
