Operations Manager - Buckinghamshire

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a experienced Operations Manager for our client within the Disrubituoon Industry.

This role is responsible for daily activities across functions including Spare Parts, Sales & Services Administration, Warehouse, H&S and Facilities.

Hours: 8am-5pm

Duties:

• Promoting and devoloping internal systems to ensure all customers, suppliers details are kept up to date.
• Assisting senior management in setting goals that promote company growth
• Preparing budgets, schedules, and other reports when needed
• Managing the after sales function
• Drive the probability of the company products by recommending cost-reducing intitatives, whilst maintaining prodcutivty
• Developing plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Providing weekly and or monthly report on agreed KPI's.
• Take repsonsibilty for the company products lines
• Promoting and enforcing safety in the workplace
• Collaborating closely with other departments to promote efficiency

Requirements:

• Team leader experience 3 years
• Experience working in a office/warehousing environment
• Possess strong leadership and management skills
• Your own transport due to location
