What will you be doing as a Motor Claims Handler:Working as part of an established team you will be dealing with all aspects of Motor Claims from first notification. Duties will include:
- Handling first notification motor claims
- Managing a varied caseload of claims via telephone and written correspondence
- Effectively prioritising and managing your own claims portfolio (to final settlement if experienced
- Acting as point of contact for Policyholders and Brokers
- Identifying and referring fraudulent activity
- Previous experience in a similar Motor Claims Handler role with handling first notification
- Either hold a CII Certificate or willing to work towards this
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer care skills with active listening skills
- General Excel skills
- A salary of £24,000 to £27,000, depending on experience
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising over time to 28 days plus bank holidays
