A corporate lawyer with experience in M&A and ideally some Private Equity work is sought.
While a following is not required, the person is likely to have strong connections and the ability to win work.
ABOUT YOU
A corporate lawyer with 5-8pqe and a strong academic background, you will be looking to join an entrepreneurial firm which can offer quicker progression to partnership if successful.
The hire would be aimed at helping to service and build on existing work but also more generally at helping to grow the firm's corporate offering within the market.
