IT Support Analyst - Accountancy, £35K, 5 days onsite - London

About the company

Our client is a leading accountancy firm. The team is looking for an IT Support Analyst to support end users on workplace solutions.

About the role
  • Provide 1st/2nd line support to end users in a timely manner.
  • Support new joiner IT onboarding and offboarding of leavers.
  • Resolve tickets promptly and/or escalate to relevant parties when necessary.
  • Maintain logs and processes accordingly to the IT ticketing system.
  • Assist the team to prepare and optimise SOP.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in helpdesk support.
  • Hands-on experience of supporting Windows 10/11, O365, Citrix, VMWare/Hyper-V, Active Directory.
  • Previous experience in financial services, professional services, or a corporate environment would be preferred.
  • Comfortable in travelling to Central London for 5 days a week.
  • Holds full Right to Work in the UK.
