About the company

Our client is a leading UK investment management firm. The team is looking for a permanent IT Support Analyst to be fully on-site at their office.

About the role
  • Provide IT support to end users in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support VIP users and senior leadership when necessary.
  • Monitor and resolve IT incidents according to IT ticketing system or inbound requests.
  • Assist manager in preparing and updating SOP and documentation.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar position with investment management firms is a must.
  • Hands-on experience in Windows 10/11, M365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, VMWare/Hyper-V
  • Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps would be preferred.
  • Excellent communications skills and familiar with a corporate and professional environment.
  • Holds full Right to Work in the UK.
