About the company
Our client is a leading UK investment management firm. The team is looking for a permanent IT Support Analyst to be fully on-site at their office.
About the role- Provide IT support to end users in a timely and professional manner.
- Support VIP users and senior leadership when necessary.
- Monitor and resolve IT incidents according to IT ticketing system or inbound requests.
- Assist manager in preparing and updating SOP and documentation.
- Previous experience in a similar position with investment management firms is a must.
- Hands-on experience in Windows 10/11, M365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, VMWare/Hyper-V
- Proficient in Power BI, Microsoft Power Apps would be preferred.
- Excellent communications skills and familiar with a corporate and professional environment.
- Holds full Right to Work in the UK.
