What You’ll Be Doing:
As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll lead, coach, and inspire a dynamic team of Business Development Executives to deliver outstanding results across your region. You’ll be at the forefront of our field sales strategy, driving excellence and innovation every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing your team to exceed targets and KPIs
- Leading the field team, instilling a passion for performance and achievement and driving ROI
- Developing team operating standards, use insight from the field and collected data to drive best practice ways of working and continuous improvement in team operations
- Embodying and promoting both brand values and Powerforce’s people-first culture
- Ensuring consistency, compliance, and excellence in execution across your region
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience managing a successful field sales team
- A strong track record in sales and team leadership
- A full UK (or European) driving licence held for at least 12 months
- A passion for inspiring others and delivering exceptional customer impact
