LIFE by Be Caring is looking to recruit full-time Support Workers to join our learning disabilities team across Newcastle. As a Support Worker you will support people to live happy and fulfilled lives within their local communities.
Ensuring individual support needs are met through person-centred tailored support that promotes choice, independence and their voice.
Pay: £11.50 p/hr (non-complex rate) - £12.00 p/hr (complex rate)Bonus schemes: up to £300 new starter, £300 Refer a Friend, £300 annual bonus. £25 birthday gift voucher.
We have various Support Worker roles available:
Male Support Worker to working across all services (Newcastle)Male or Female Support Worker to work within our shared living service (Dinnington)
Female Support Worker (driver) to work across services individual services (Gateshead/Newcastle/Seaton Burn)
Full time roles - Shifts vary but our recruitment team will discuss this with you further
