Our Company Grammartorial Education is seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist Trainer to join our team. The Trainer will be responsible for providing training and education in various medical fields, including venepuncture and cannulation techniques, basic life support, phlebotomy, physiology, anatomy, catherisation and first aid.

Duties:
  • Develop and deliver training programs in accordance with established curriculum
  • Instruct trainees on aseptic techniques and proper laboratory practices
  • Demonstrate basic life support procedures and paediatric care techniques
  • Educate on hospital procedures and protocols
  • Train individuals on phlebotomy techniques and safe catheterisation practices
  • Provide knowledge on physiology and anatomy relevant to medical practice
  • Incorporate medical terminology into training sessions
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience working in a medical setting or as a medical trainer
  • Proficiency in aseptic technique, basic life support, paediatrics, hospital procedures, laboratory practices, phlebotomy, physiology knowledge, anatomy knowledge, catheterization, and medical terminology
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles
  • Certification in relevant medical fields is preferred
