Director of Operations (XN12)

There are five Director of Operations posts within Leeds Teaching Hospital Trust (LTHT). The post holders will play a key role in the delivery of high quality clinical services and will support a number of Clinical Service Units (CSUs) in the delivery of the Trust objectives, with a particular focus on achievement against the agreed CSU Delivery Contracts.
This role requires individuals who are driven, ambitious and passionate about patient care, and who have a desire to influence at the highest levels working in close partnership with senior clinical and managerial staff. To succeed in this role, candidates need to be able to build confidence across the organisation and CSUs as well as with external partners.
