Exciting new opportunity for an experienced Registered Home Manager
We are working with a premium care provider to find an experienced Home Manager to join a wonderful service in Faversham. The home is for individuals with autism and learning disabilities, so experience in this type of care is required. The perfect candidate should also have experience in managing a home, working with directors and carers to maintain a very high standard of care.
The Registered Home Manager position is senior role and so the candidate should be able to liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure that the home is fully compliant and following all CQC regulations.
