Organisational Development and Learning Manager or Trainer

We are expanding our team with an ODL Manager or ODL Trainer who shares our commitment to learning and development.
We seek an experienced professional with strong skills in organisational development and learning, particularly in blended and online delivery. The successful candidate should have a degree or equivalent qualifications, or substantial relevant experience.For the ODL Manager role, membership in CIPD or a relevant professional body is essential.
The candidate will provide expert advice and guidance on learning and organisational development and change, with significant experience in identifying, developing, delivering, and evaluating a wide range of learning and development initiatives, activities, programs in diverse environments.
