We are expanding our team with an ODL Manager or ODL Trainer who shares our commitment to learning and development.

We seek an experienced professional with strong skills in organisational development and learning, particularly in blended and online delivery. The successful candidate should have a degree or equivalent qualifications, or substantial relevant experience.

For the ODL Manager role, membership in CIPD or a relevant professional body is essential.

The candidate will provide expert advice and guidance on learning and organisational development and change, with significant experience in identifying, developing, delivering, and evaluating a wide range of learning and development initiatives, activities, programs in diverse environments.

What we offer you:

The University’s Annual Leave year runs from 1 August to 31 July. In addition to statutory Bank Holidays, you are entitled to 259 hours (35 days) for the ODL Manager role or 185 hours (25 days) for the Trainer role, paid annual leave during the course of the year.

Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post may qualify for University sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route but an individual assessment would need to be carried out if offered the role.
