Training
You will attend Exeter College one day per week during term-time to work towards your Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship.
Qualifications requiredMaths and English GCSE’s Grade 4/C or equivalent.
Functional Skills can be studied alongside the apprenticeship if required.
Skills required
Good written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational skills
Demonstrate a willingness to continuously improve
Experience of using Microsoft Office e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word
Demonstrate problem solving skills and attention to detail
ProspectsPotential for full-time employment after apprenticeship if applicable.
