Your Mission:

You’ll be joining the Channel & Alliances team as Head of Strategic Alliances (Partnerships). You’ll be a part of a fast-growing business that is challenging the market and doing things differently.

We are now entering the next phase of growth and as part of that we are looking to become a truly Global partner centric organisation.
  • You will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of a core group of select partners to influence and support the revenue function across both the UK and EU bank. This role is an integral part of the Channel and Alliance function and is crucial in driving and supporting our growth strategy.
  • Maintaining existing key global strategic relationships while delivering against your strategy to influence pipeline and drive revenue.
  • Developing your own strategy to attract and work with some of the biggest global organisations. You will be seen as the owner of how we operate with our partners, being the key person for the sales team to engage with to drive and influence revenue with partners.
  • Working closely with the Group Head of Channel & Alliances, you will manage, negotiate and deliver against KPI’s to align to companywide objectives to deliver value, owning measurable goals to align with both strategic and tactical partners.

Requirements

What we're looking for:

We would be delighted to bring on a seasoned Head of Strategic Alliances/Partnerships, to join our Channel & Alliances team focusing on global partners. Your main responsibility will be developing and managing a portfolio of partners to influence and support the wider revenue organisation, ideally this means:

  • You have deep experience in managing partner relationships and managing c-level stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • This expertise extends to navigating complex partnership models to drive partner and customer success. With experience in influencing and generating opportunities with partners, you have a comprehensive understanding of how to generate value .
  • Banking and/or financial Software industry experience.
  • Business development, global sales and partnerships in quota carrying roles, with a focus on consultative solutions selling in a rapidly growing and fast-paced environment
  • Recurring Revenue or SaaS organisation experience.
  • A track record in partner management and revenue generation and retention, managing complex sales cycles, pipeline management and forecasting
  • The ability to develop strategy and deliver against it to ensure success
  • Business Acumen - You know what to prioritize, creatively solve complex problems, and use data to make decisions. You have a deep level of knowledge about how businesses work, keep up with relevant practices and trends, and know the competition.
