Implementation Operational Information Officer - EPR

To advise and support EPR programme team to achieve the following objectives as the Operational Lead for the EPR programme: Assessing and providing guidance on digital system design. Provide strong, clear visionary leadership to ensure effective EPR transformation and adoption strategy, planning and implementation of new ways of working and service delivery.
Actively engage in the development and sign-off for core operational workflows working with Care Groups, Corporate Services and external partners to strategically plan for the future beyond EPR implementation. Oversee and provide direct input into communication and engagement plans and content in relation to operational staff and operational readiness for EPR Lead the operational delivery of the EPR system go live Lead on the realisation of benefits from digital change, including monitoring and ensuring delivery of benefits.
