Job overview
Working within an award winning Team delivering expert clinical inpatient and community crisis care. Ensure the service operates in a safe, effective & efficient way as part of the whole system of mental health services. Foster a culture that encourages and enables individuals to have an active role in identifying, planning and meeting their individual needs.Provide leadership to the junior staff through supervision and actively participate in the smooth running of the service over a 24 hour period.
Provide Nursing and clinical leadership and managerial support to home manager for care home with Nursing for 4 complex individuals

Deputy manager and clinical lead for Brook House to provide clinical Leadership for the team and support to the manager

Qualifications
Essential criteria- A clinical qualification to degree level or equivalent – RNLD/RMN
- Membership of a professional body (NMC)
Experience
Essential criteria- 1 year post qualification experience working with people with Learning Disabilities or within a mental health setting i.e. acute inpatient ward
