Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Receptionist for our client in Thornliebank.

The role requires a polite, professional, and welcoming individual as they will be the first point of contact for visitors. Previous reception or customer service experience is essential.

Day to Day Tasks Include:

Handling all incoming telephone calls (Panasonic switchboard with 6 incoming lines and 40 extensions).
Assisting all visitors to the building.

Additional data entry onto our accounts and job costings software as required.

Key Information for this role:

Full-time, permanent position.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.30pm, Friday 8.00am to 3.30pm.

Salary: £24,000 to £28,000 depending on experience.

28 days set holidays (Easter – 5 days, May Day – 1 day, Glasgow Fair – 10 days, September Weekend – 2 days, Christmas – 10 days).
An additional day’s holiday is earned after each full year’s service up to a maximum of 5 days.
Company pension scheme and private health care after probationary period.
Due to the location of the office, the position would be best suited to someone who can drive or lives locally.
