Exciting Opportunity – Education Support Worker

About the Role:
- Supporting students with special educational needs in both classroom and one-to-one settings.
- Assisting teachers in delivering tailored learning plans to enhance student engagement.
- Encouraging the development of social and emotional skills in a supportive environment.
- Working closely with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
About You:
- Experience working with young people, particularly those with SEN, is highly desirable.
- A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting students.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A willingness to undertake relevant training to enhance your support strategies.
